Switch Early To T-Mobile: It's On Them

by Jacqueline Bailey on January 14, 2014

Ready for a new phone plan with a new carrier? Tired of waiting for your contract to be up so you can finally switch? Or do you just wish you hadn't chosen your current carrier in the first place?

No matter your situation, T-Mobile has an offer for you to ditch your current situation, without the fees. And with the fastest nationwide 4G LTE network and affordable deals, it's definitely tempting.

The deal is if you trade in your working devices from Verizon Wireless, AT&T, or Sprint, T-Mobile will pay your family's Early Termination Fees and start a new "relationship" with you, with up to 5 lines of service.

The catch is that you have to be completely eligible and meet all of T-Mobile's requirements before officially switching. That is, you have to have an eligible device to trade in, have qualifying credit, come from one of the 3 other leading competitors, have qualifying postpaid service, and purchase a new device from T-Mobile.

All that might seem like a big deal, but if you're really ready to make the switch to T-Mobile, then you shouldn't have trouble with fulfilling any of those requirements.

T-Mobile is breaking barriers if you break up with your current carrier. By paying your Early Termination Fees, T-Mobile is giving you back up to $650 per line. That's a pretty great deal, however the money from T-Mobile will not be automatic, so you'll have to pay the fee yourself before you are reimbursed by T-Mobile about 8 weeks later.  You can even use post a "breakup letter" to your current carrier on your Facebook page to make sure everyone knows that you make the switch.

For more information on this opportunity, the T-Mobile website offers features for you to estimate how you'll save by switching early to T-Mobile. Remember, this is only a limited time offer.
